when you copy a unit for example from on plan to another, the CreatedBy column is empty in the new plan, so we don't have history on who did this action----Need to be handled.
also when you delete a unit or session, the modificationdate or modifiedby columns is not updated------This is working fine
we need to keep track of these actions as we got many complaints from MOEUAE that they don't know who performed these actions.
