we need to add data validation on custom fields. Data validation will include the following ;

• Insert specific number of characters in the custom field for example if they create custom field for NID should be 14 characters not less or more than that.

• Some field must be started with certain characters like if I create custom field for StuentNID it must start with number 3 and if it was for ParentNID it must start with 2

• If the custom field is text, we need to specify the text format for example it should be in the format 0000-0000
