In chain of schools, gradbook structure and grading period is centralized by chain schools administration and schools add students scores and announce it after they finish.
In WinjiGo to allow school admin to announce scores i have to give him extra permission which allow him to create structure if he want to be able to announce score.
we need to give him permission only to announce the existing grading period which added by his management.
